Summary: Builds and executes plans to achieve our annual Service Parts sales goal. Works across all departments to execute Slakey’s parts strategy. Conducts customer needs analysis and establishes parts product lines and recommended pricing accordingly. Researches, implements and maintains an effective parts cross-reference system. Provides training and technical knowledge about parts to Slakey customers and Team Members. Conducts joint sales calls with OSRS to help them switch parts rooms to Slakey. Works directly with all RSMs to achieve corporate SERPA goals. • Customer service-oriented approach, responds to requests with a sense of urgency • Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately • Ability to use tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations • Strong presentation skills • Willing to “think out of the box” and identify process improvement opportunities • High degree of honesty, ethics and integrity • Able to operate personal computer, calculator, other office machines and proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Able to work sitting or standing and to move freely throughout the facility • Able to lift and carry equipment and supplies on a frequent basis • Able to travel as required
